The holiday home is situated in a secluded location in one of the most beautiful wine-growing regions on the island. It offers an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. However, it is also a perfect starting point for active holidaymakers for hikes and excursions in the north of the island.

This jewel of approximately 55 square meters promises an unforgettable stay amidst the breathtaking nature in the northwest of the island, with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Location and surroundings

Casa El Olivo is situated at an altitude of 950m, above the well-known Bodega Vega Norte. The house is surrounded by a spacious, blooming garden that offers direct panoramic views of the sea and the adjacent ravine. Under the large olive tree that gives the house its name, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or a glass of good Palmerian wine.

In the immediate and wider surroundings, there are some of the best restaurants in the north of the island. Shops, typical Palmerian bars/cafés, and markets are just a few minutes away by car. One of the most beautiful beach is also nearby.

The house

The entire house was thermally insulated, freshly renovated, and completely newly equipped in 2023/24, with each piece of furniture handcrafted by an experienced carpenter. Our guests have free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and parking directly at the house.

In furnishing our relaxation area, we have deliberately refrained from including a television.

For quiet reading hours or cozy game nights, the living room has a particularly comfortable sofa, two extremely comfortable puffs, and a stylish hanging wicker chair. From the sofa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lush green ravine. An inviting open fireplace serves as a heat source.

The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and dining area. All the furniture, including the kitchen, was lovingly handcrafted by our carpenter. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the smallest spoon to the furniture, everything is brand new. Various types of tea, coffee, and some spices are also available. Through the large window, a wonderful view of the lush green ravine opens up.

The cozy bedroom is a true oasis of comfort! It features a lovingly handcrafted double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, and a bench that serves as an elegant luggage rack. Here, everyone can enjoy a restful sleep-in complete tranquility. We place the highest importance on cleanliness! Before each rental, all bedding, including the duvet and pillows, is replaced.

The very tastefully designed bathroom was furnished with great attention to detail. It features a modern design and stands out for its spaciousness and fittings. It is equipped with a large shower (120 cm x 80 cm), two stylish washbasins, and two large illuminated mirrors. Additionally, it offers ample storage space for your needs. The bathroom is wonderfully bright thanks to the large window.

The Casa El Olivo has a special feature

Two affectionate house cats that need to be fed and petted. We will, of course, provide the food. The neutered and healthy cats make the house an exclusive retreat for nature, animal, and especially cat lovers. Unfortunately, people with cat hair allergies cannot spend their holidays here. We also do not accept pets.
