Minimum rental period is 5 days.

Rental Rates and Cancellation Policy:

• Option 1:
  90 EUR per night, a deposit of 10% of the rental price is due upon confirmation of reservation. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the start of the rental period. From the 13th calendar day onwards, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Option 2:
  80 EUR per night, the full rental price is due upon confirmation of reservation. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full rental price. Free cancellation is not possible. The paid rental amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Regardless of the rental period, a final cleaning fee of 80 EUR will be charged. For Option 1, this amount is due in cash along with the remaining balance, and for Option 2, it is due with the full rental price.

Check-in is possible from 3 pm onwards, with the key either handed over personally or left at the house. Check-out should be by 10 am, though earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible upon prior arrangement.
